Watson Chiropractic - Watson Chiropractic’s new signage, windows and awnings spruce up a once forgettable brick building just east of Penn and Broadway. Dr. Tara Watson is in the process of renovating the neighboring space that will hold an Anytime Fitness, the first full-service gym in North Minneapolis.

4th St Saloon - Mural - The 4th Street Saloon manager, Mike Oker, tells the history of the West Broadway bar and how the Great Streets program and the Northside Arts Collective have enhanced this gateway facade.

Dimensions in Hair - Dimensions in Hair has seen an influx of new customers since upgrading its facade. Signage in front and above the side entrance improved the look of the building while increasing foot traffic.

Dr. L.A. Otieno Dentist - Dr. L.A. Otieno Dentistry was one of the earliest Great Streets facade improvements. The intricate metal work featuring the moon, sun and a tree of life has stood as an example to its neighboring businesses as a way to incorporate artistic elements into a facade project.

Juxtaposition Arts - JXTA is in the process of a six-year campus expansion that will include most of the properties from 1100-1108 West Broadway. The current phase has seen them open the 1108 space to visual art programing and artist co-op spaces.

1021 Building - A unique metal mural transformed the 1021 building on West Broadway which had laid vacant for over a year. In combination with new windows, door and paint, the local artist's work created a more vibrant facade, and the building is now tenanted.
